Obituary of Renford Chrismond
Renford Napoleon “Brother” Chrismond, Jr., age 80, of Lake Village, formerly of Greenwood died Friday, June 15, 2018. Brother was born October 11, 1937. He was married to Claudine McCluskey Chrismond. He was a graduate of Humpherys County High School and attended Mississippi State University. Brother also served in the U.S Marine Corps and retired as a Civil engineer for the U. S. Corp. of Engineers. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, of Greenwood, MS.
Brother is preceded in death by his parents, the late R.N. and Flora Chrismond, his son, Tony Hodges, daughter, Terry Hodges Adkins, and sister, Bobbie C. Vaughan.
He is survived by his wife Claudine Chrismond and two daughters, Donna Angel and husband Sam of Lake Village, AR, and Rhonda Nicholson and husband Phillip of Bothell, WA; four sisters, Betty C. Johnson of Greenwood, Carolyn C. Nix of Winona, MS, Brenda C. Hamby of Eupora, Ms, and Beverly C. Tindall of Greenwood, MS. Nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Monday, June 18, 2018 at 10am in Holy Innocents Cemetery, Lake Village, AR with Bro. Bo Nix and Bro. Tim Channault officiating. Arrangements are by Bishop-King Funeral Home of Lake Village, Arkansas.
