Dorothy Mae Dickson, 81, of Lake Village passed away on October 30, 2022, at Chicot Memorial Medical Center. She was born on September 20, 1941, in Jerome, AR to the late John Williams II and Ida Rogers. Dorothy was a member of the Oasis of Love Church of God in Christ, In Lake Village. Dorothy loved cooking, fishing, sewing, church, and gardening. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Williams II, and Ida Rogers; two brothers, Sylvester Williams, John Williams III; one sister, Ida Hill; one daughter, Denise Rucker; Two sons, Jerry Rucker, and Ray Charles Hargraves; one grandson, Joe Griffin III; One son in law, Nathaniel Perry. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Henry Dickson; 4 daughters, Dorothy Canada of Lake Village, AR, Rose Perry of Dermott, Sonya Thrower (Clarence) of Dermott, and Cassandra Rucker Johnson (Kevin) of Lake Village, AR; Three sons, James Rucker (Linda) of Lake Village, AR; Levi Rucker, of Lake Village, AR, and Glen Dickson of Conway, AR; 22 Grandchildren; 55 Great grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
